Abstract
The global chemical industry began to revive in 2004.Despite of the continual increase of prices of crude oil and other raw materials,the production,prices,and profits of chemical products all went up,and in many countries the chemical trade showed a big rise.Many chemical companies got a big income in 2004,but poured no investment in equipment,they wished to complete their development objectives by reorganizing outer resources.
