Abstract

Due to the influences of geographical, cultural and traditional factors, there is actually a gap between oriental and occidental civilizations. Whether from the perspective of backgrounds or developing courses, it can be found that Western feudal monarchy represented by England and that of China which lasted for over 2000 years diverge from each other rather than converge.
