Abstract
As a new rising criminal thought in western countries, the restorative justice has brought a distinct effect to the judicial practice and academic study of our country. The criminal composition system, which is now put into execution by some judicial authorities is just its native product. At the same time, there are some problems existing in the orientation and operation of the criminal composition system, which are desiderate for us to resolve. Thus, to borrow and absorb the idea of restorative justice will be in great significance to the successful carrying-out of our country’s criminal procedure reform..
