Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group,the observation group were used this study methods of nursing intervention,the control group were only used the admission guidance,medication nursing and general nursing care,then the discharge standard rate of health behavior and blood glucose control condition were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,diet control,exercise control and monitoring of blood glucose with family health education standard ratios were higher than control group (P 0.05),postprandial blood 2 h blood glucose and fasting blood glucose were lower than control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can reduce the psychological pressure and improve treatment compliance,so it can control the disease more effectively.
