Breast cancer is sensitive to chemotharepy, but multidrug resistance (MDR) developed by tumor cells often induces failure of chemotherapy. P-glycoprotein related MDR is the major mechanism for MDR and the important reversal target. Many new reversal agents have been found and tried in clinical.
