Abstract

Taking the processing of cavity mold for oval knob for example,the paper analyzes the processing technology of mold part,describes how to use MasterCAM software to analyze and compare varieties CNC machining methods with tool path simulation,determines the optimal NC machining program,carries out solid verification,generates the CNC programs automatically and completes the processing finally.
