The expression of EGFR、C-erbB-2 and PCNA in Stomach cancer

Objective To explore the expression of EGFR,C-erbB-2)and(PCNA) in the stomach cancer,studying their roles in the cancer.Methods Using SABC method to detect the 30 cases that surgical resection of gastric essence of EGFR,C-erbB 2 and PCNA,compared the 15 cases that are the normal tissue.Results the EGFR,C-erbB-2 and PCNA in the cancer stomach significantly higher than normal stomach,P0.01.ErbB EGFR and C-2-high protein expression and stomach infiltration depth,cell differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging a positive correlation,P0.05.And the gender,age,and patients with tumor size significantly(P0.05,.The index of PCNA marked with lymph node metastasis,tumor size,TNM staging are positively related,P 0.05,and cell differentiation,infiltration depth,gender,age,without obvious relationship,P0.05.Conclusion the high expression of EGFR,C-erbB-2 and PCNA might occur with gastric cancer progression,three joint inspection may have certain significance.
