The clinical application of nasotracheal intubation under fiberbr on choscope

Objective To investigate the clinical value of nasotracheal intubation under fiberbr on choscope.Methods 148 patients who had endotracheal intubation from March 2005 to January 2010 in our hospital were selected for the study.Nasotracheal intubation under fiberoptic or orotracheal intubation was performed respectively.The incidence and complications after intubation of two groups was observed.Results The nasotracheal intubation under fiberoptic had obvious advantages than traditional orotracheal intubation.Conclusion Nasotracheal intubation under fiberoptic has higher security,fewer complications.It is worthy for clinical application.
