Abstract
Recently the dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is under the intensive investigation because it is highly efficient and provides an environmentally and economically credible alternative concept to conventional photovoltaic devices. This paper examines the possibility of using nanocrystalline ZnO as an electrode to make dye sensitized solar cells, which is prepared by sol gel techniques. The performance of this cell is also discussed and compared with dye sensitized solar cells based on nanocrystalline TiO 2.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
