The Constitutional Protection of Private Property Rights

It was an important issue that Constitution protect people’s private property rights of constitutional amendment in 2004.The rules and protections of “Private property rights” has a long history in China。“Constitutional protection of private” accelerates our constitutional construction and embody the freedom and the autonomy of the individual, defines the limit between government power and citizen rights. It also ensure the well-development of market economy. It is only the first step of nomocracy to protect citizens’ private property in Constitution; there are many practical problems to be solved.
