Abstract

This paper is based on the analysis of current situation for fixture designing home and abroad,especially aiming at the design character of combination fixture of slot group and special fixture. A computer aided fixture design system with feature modeling and parameter driving was developed upon the platform of Uni-graphics and the integrated development environment of VC++6.0. The system database platform was designed by Visual Foxpro6.0. The principle,framework,and design schema of the system are introduced systematically.
