Concepts from human-centered idea to being in power for people

The historical materialism holds that social development should be human-centered. The Third Plenary Session of 16th CCCPC obviously points out that human-based development is the essence and core of scientific development outlook. Human-centered idea is an important part of China's ancient political thoughts because of its idea of respecting and loving people. But traditional human-based thought is a kind of thought without democracy and is the rulers' way of taking advantage of people and preventing people from rebelling. The idea of being in power for people advanced by Chinese Communist Party is a political practice of human-centered thought and the real practice of this thought in contemporary era, and its practice is different from that of the traditional thought.
