Abstract

The Party adopted scientific governance、democratic governance、legal governancemode in The Fourth Plenary Session of The Sixteenth Central Committee.It embodies the basic connotation and substaintial request of our socialist political civilization construction at the present stage. Enhancing the leadership competence of the Party, exploring and perfecting scientific governance、democratic governance、legal governancemode constantly is the fundamental guarantee for further development of our socialist political civilization construction.
