Community Participation:Situation and Reflection of Community's HRM in the View of Empowerment

Along with the developing of community building,promoting resident's participation,cultivating community's consciousness,and developing community's social capital have become the important content and main goal of community's human resource management.Faced with lacking of community participation and other problems,we need to develop community HR in the view of empowerment,elaborate resident's ideological subjectivity and practical participation.
