Abstract
After China's enfering WTO,it apparently appears poor in resources of China's Competition Law,facing various challenges in the course of economic integration.The article analyses the problems in the present China's Competition Law from macroangle and then puts forward some appropriate countermeasures aiming at perfecting it.
