Consummation of China's Competition Law under WTO situation

Abstract

China has become formal member of WTO and promised to follow WTO rules by implementing reform and open to the world further. Whether China will make breakthrough progress in new international competition depends on whether China can effectively consummate current competition law system and eliminate current market barriers.
