Abstract
Objective:To study protective effects of Salidroside on ethanol induced oxidative injury on human L-02cell line. Methods:The cell model on ethanol-induced oxidative injury was established by culturing L-02cell with 200mmol/ L ethanol in vivo for 24hours as ethanol model groups.Half of ethanol group was treated with Salidroside at the same time as Salidroside-treated group. The SOD,GSH-Px and MDA in each group were detected. Results:The MDA in ethanol model group was significantly increased, but the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were decreased significantly than those in normal group respectively. After Salidroside intervention, the MDA was significantly decreased compared with the ethanol model group respectively. But the activities of SOD,and GSH-Px were increased significantly. Conclusion: Salidroside can protect enthanol induced oxidative injury in human L-02cell line via alleviating lipid peroxidation and enhancing antioxidant abilities.
