Abstract
High-tech industry is increasingly becoming the dominant industry in the knowledge economy age since the 80's of last century.By understanding the meaning of high technology and high-tech industry,and analyzing the development status and main problems of high-tech industry in Fujian.Last,we suggest that it could establish operating mechanism technological innovation of main part in enterprise,and improve the high-tech industry policies of venture capital and financing mechanisms and other suggestions.
