Abstract

The teaching administration is the core in the management of colleges and universities.Scientific teaching management is the important guarantee to improve teaching quality and to develop high qualified personnel.The development of modern higher education is to set higher requirements on the teaching management staff.This paper addresses itself to the special position and important roles of the teaching management staff in higher educational institutes as well as the qualities they should have.
