Abstract

The national student loan is a kind of credit loan. Because of some factors such as: the unhealthiness of restriction system and insurances mechanism, the lack of credit awareness among the students, there must be risks in providing loans of stipend. The essay analyzes the reasons and discusses the countermeasures in how to avoid the risks in national student loan.
