Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction for reflux esophagitis of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold. Methods Sixty-four patients with refluxesophagitis of spleenstomach deficiency-cold are randomly divided into control group and treatment group,32 cases in each group. The former is treated with omeprazole( 20 mg /time,2 time /day) and famotidine( 10 mg /time,3 time /day),and the latter with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction( codonopsis pilosula, rhizoma atractylodis macroce phalae, poria cocos, pericarpium citri reticulatae). Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 87. 5%,which was significantly better than that of the controlgroup( P 0. 05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction can treat reflux esophagitis of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold by invigorating spleen andreplenishing Qi,regulating Qi to alleviate pain.
