An Improved Calculating Method for the Urban Land Price

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to set up a land price calculation formula which can reflect the present land value based on the existing land price calculation method.Methods of factor analysis and level analytic approach were employed.Study results: an improved land price calculation formula was set up.It is concluded that though the price of urban land is a result influenced by factors in many aspects,it can still merge into the land basic price and the revision coefficient for the land price.
