Abstract
The phenomenon of college students owe more and more prominent,and has become a college scholarship faces a new topic,as well as colleges and universities bring a lot of impact on sustainable development.Colleges and universities charge of educational services is built on the basis of the service charges,the fees reflect the two law students in universities and educational services between the main result of the civil legal relationship.This article from the legal relationship between college and university students to explore the university students arrears problem,and propose measures and countermeasures.
