Abstract
Community development, community service and community education has become modern international trend of thoughts. It's also becoming hot topic in contemporary China. In our country, community development includes community economy, culture, education, service, environment, public security, and management etc.. Community development needs community service and even more needs community education. Therefore we should attach great importance to community service and education.
