Abstract
Ad Hoc is an unique network,which is a new type of wireless,multi-hop,no centre and distributed control network.It does not need network infrastructure,and has the characteristics of strong self-organization,robustness,survivability and easy construction,and also its security issue has become a hot and difficult problem.Based on ECC combined public key,an improved key management scheme for ad hoc networks is proposed in this paper.Compared with the original scheme,in addition to keeping efficient calculation of public and private key for nodes,high extensibility,and with no certificate,the new scheme further enhances the security of ad hoc network,and avoids single point failure.
