Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of LaCl3 on the proliferation of dog's bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) cultured in vitro. Methods: The third generation BMSCs were interfered with LaCl3 in concentration of 5.564×102, 5.564 and 5.564×10-2 μg/mL concentration respectively. The same generation cells interfered with 50 ng/mL BMP-2 or nothing were taken as positive or blank control groups. The influences of LaCl3 on BMSCs were analyzed by MTT and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) semiquantitative measurement. Results: BMSCs proliferated best after being treated with LaCl3 in concentration of 5.564 μg/mL for 6 to 7 days. ALP OD mean value of the group in 5.564 μg/mL concentration was obviously higher than those of other two experiment groups(P0.05). Conclusion: LaCl3 at 5.564 μg/mL concentration could promote multiplication of BMSCs obviously.
