Abstract
[Objective] To provide reference for rational exploiting and utilizing the plant of Radix Astragalus(Huang-qi).[Methods] Atomic absorption spectrophotometer were used to determine the content of the trace elements.[Results] The results showed that there were differences among the content of these elements in different kinds of Astragalus membranaceus.the content of astragalus membranaceus,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 802.0 μg ·g-1,72.03 μg ·g-1,23.31 μg ·g-1 and 136.0 μg ·g-1,respectively.the content of manyinflorescened sweetvetch root's Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 202.3 μg ·g-1,50.09 μg ·g-1,13.29 μg ·g-1 and 70.13 μg ·g-1,respectively.The content of var mongolicus(Bge.) hsiao's Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 265.8 μg ·g-1,35.44 μg ·g-1,8.845 μg ·g-1 and 63.08 μg ·g-1,respectively.[Conclusion] There are higher contents of these elements in Hei-Long Jiang huang-qi.
