Abstract
Nitric acid and high chlorine acid(4 + 1) sample digestion,flame atomic absorption spectrometry of parsley roots,stems,leaves of Fe,Mn,Zn three kinds of trace elements in,and the results show that: the parsley plants Fe,Mn,Zn elements in different parts rich and different content.parsley Fe,Mn,Zn in content are: the root,387.2 μg/g,44.50 μg/g,113.2 μg/g;Stem department,173.3 μg/g,50.12 μg/g,68.02 μg/g;Leaf,176.1 μg/g,70.23 μg/g,94.21 μg/g.RSD1.50%,recovery is between 96.70% and 102.0%,and the result is satisfactory.
