Abstract
Objective To discuss the connection of high-risk human papilloma virus(human papillomavirus,HPV)infection and cervical cancer and precancerous lesions(CIN).Methods 483 cases of woman with HPV was treated with HPV type of technology to high-risk HPV DNA test and colposcopy under biopsies. The pathological results confirmed standards. Results According to the high-risk HPV tests,180 cases were positive and the positive rate was 37.23%.The percentages of various pathological types of cervical lesions in high-risk HPV infection are:cervical flat condyloma,CIN1II 32.77%,CINII56.30%,CINI 44.58%,cervical flat condyloma 86.69%,chronic cervical 79.59%.Single type infect was 38.89%,multi-infection rate in the infection of more than two kinds was 57.86%.From normal tissue to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesions(CIN II)of the different disease, the proportion of multi-infection with the disease-level rising gradually increased and difference was statistically significant, compared with the normal(P0.05).In the CIN III and cervical cancer, the percentage of multi-infection declined but was significantly higher than normal.Compared the HPV joint liquid-based thin layer cervical cytology(TCT)detection with the simple TCT detection, the two lower-middle squamous intraepithelial lesions were 4.17% and 0.78%,the cancer was 0.56% and 0.20%,the difference was statistically significant,P0.01.Conclusion TCT HPV detection can increase the sensitivity of detection. The multiple HPV infection and its types were associated with cervical lesions level.
