Abstract

As synthesis of erythromycin oxime there was companied with the degradated reaction of erythromycin under acid condition. The compound erythromycin 6,9-9,12-spiroketal was separated ,it was the acidic product of erythromycin. Its stracture was identified by NMR, MS and elementary. The result showed that it was the same as the degradated impurity in erythromycin oxime.
