Application of Cystatin C,microalbuminuria in patients who had hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy with early renal impairment

Objective: This study evaluated serum Cystatin C,microalbuminuria as a potential new marker of glomerular fihration rate(GFR) in patients who had hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP) with early renal impairment.To study the early diagnostic value of serum Cystain C,mAlb for the patients with HDCP.Methods: The serum Cys-C,mAlb and Scr,BUN level were measured and comparatived in 40 patients who had HDCP with early renal impairments and 40 health controls patients.Results: The results of the patients with HDCP are Cys-C(1.41 ± 0.39).BUN(4.20 ± 1.01).Cr(61.8 ± 6.62) and mAlb(29.2 ± 7.82),the results of health controls are Cys-C(0.82 ± 0.21).BUN(4.12 ± 0.98).Cr(60.3 ± 6.85) and mAlb(7.95 ± 3.66).Conclusions: Serum Cystatin C,mAlb is very value for the patients with HDCP,there is very important singificat to check Cystatin C in the patients with HDCP.
