Abstract
Objetive: to investigate the protective effects of compound Dansin injection on the gastric mucosa of the patients with severe burn. Methods: Forty patients with severe burn were randomly divided into Dansin-treated group and control group.Changes of gastric mucosa were observed under a gastroscope and pH values of mucosa were measured before and 3-7 days after treatment. Results: Under the gastroscopy, incidence of acute gastric mucosal lesions in Dansin-treated group was 30.3 %,significantly lower than in control group(55 %,P0.05).pH values of gastric mucosa in Dansin-treated group after treatment was 7.335±0.062,higher than that before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion: Compound Dansin injection could raise the pH values of gastric mucosa and reduce the incidence of acute gastric mucosa lesions of the patients with severe burn.
