Abstract
Electrical Engineering is the higher education of each non-electrical only one professional knowledge and expertise related to electrical basic course,the course theoretical,practical,are strong.This paper first analyzes the new situation in teaching and learning in electrical engineering problems,and then from the teaching content,teaching materials,teaching methods,and teaching online teaching platform construction quality control many aspects of the curriculum reforms described ways,methods,the final pointed out that the electrical engineering curriculum teaching reform should advance with the times,teachers and students build,explore truth,and continuously meet the modern needs of institutions of higher learning in the curriculum.
