Abstract
Objective To analyze the serum level of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP) and its influential factors in hypertensive patients. Methods The study performed in 207 hypertensive patients and 129 normal blood pressure peoples.Recorded general conditions, blood pressure level, genetic history, treatment history, serum hsCRP level and other laboratory parameters.Heart construction and function measured by echocardiograghy. Results The serum hsCRP level of hypertensive patients surpassed that of normal blood pressure people. The hsCRP level correlated with overweight, smoking, blood fat disorder, heart construction and function abnormity. Conclusions The hsCRP level was among the risk factorys of hyperetention.
