Abstract
To better protect and develop human rights, China has undergone a widely international cooperation of human rights and gradually established a perfect socialist law system, and human rights in China are largely improved. Because there is still a big gap between the reality of China and the standard of international treaty of human rights, a great deal of work need to be done, and the author puts forward some suggestions on this matter.
