Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of remifentanil in pediatric general anesthesia. Methods Seventy-six cases general anesthesia operation were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each group includes 38 cases. Both groups exert the composite induction of anesthesia,at the same time. The observation group using remifentanil, the control group using fentanyl to do the general anesthesia respectively, compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The experimental group during tracheal intubation at the beginning after operation, heart rate, blood pressure and hemodynamics indexes were better than the control group( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). The experimental group resumed spontaneous breathing time, awake time, extubation time was less than that of the control group( P 0. 01). The two groups vomiting, dizziness, chills, agitation and other adverse reaction rate showed no significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion The use of remifentanil in pediatric general anesthesia has more satisfactory analgesic effect, and less influence on child's body, shorten the time of postoperative recovery and recovery time.
