Abstract
The clone propagation of Tulipa cvs is developed through culture of scales and stems in vitro.The results showed that the best media for various stages were as follows:inducation medium of shoots is MS+0.4~1.0 mg/L BA+0.4 mg/L NAA,MS+2 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA and MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L NAA;proliferation medium is MS+0.4 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L NAA and MS+0.4 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L IAA.;Induction of roots is better in medium of 1/2 MS+0.4 mg/L KT+0.1~1.0 mg/L NAA.
