Abstract
Objective: To define the diagnosis value of CT-guide needle biopsy on chest lesions. Methods: Thirty-three chest lesions were percutaneously biopsied with automatic biopsy needle. Results: Thirty-five biopsies were performed in the 33 lesions, the successful biopsy rate was 100%. There were 13 malignant lesions and 20 benign lesions, the sensitivity of biopsy was 93.9%(31/33),and the specificity was 100.0%. Conclusion: Automatic needle biopsy is safe, effective and easy to operate, which can be used in the conventional CT-guided interventional diagnosis of chest diseases.
