Controlled Clinical Observation of Treating Chest Pain(Obstruction of Collaterals by Blood Strasis)in Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Addition and Subtraction

Abstract

[Objective]To explore the effect of treating chest pain(Obstruction of collaterals by blood strasis) by Xuefu Zhuyu decx Addition and subtraction,ction.[Methods]120 cases of chest pain were divided into observation group and control group.one each group have 60 cases.observation group received Xuefu Zhuyu decx(taoren、honghua、danggui、shengdi) Addition and subtraction.The control group applying traditional Western medicine.therapeutic and changes about cardiograms of both groups were observed after two courses of the treatment.[Results]The results of cardiograms of both groups,the total effective rate in treatment group was also significantly higher than that of control group(all P0.05).[Conclusion] Applying Xucfu Zhuyu decoction treat chest pain(Obstruction of collaterals by blood strasis)could improve the condition ofdisease,which had ahigher clinical applying effect.
