Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the exercise volume and mental health condition of vocational technology college students in order to understand the actuality of student mental health status,and analyze effect of exercise volume. The result shows that the mental health condition of those students is better than college students at same category nation-wide. Gender differences on the level of the mental health of college students have little effect; different levels of physical exercise on higher vocational college level of the mental health of college students have great the extent of the impact of participation in moderate physical activity in which students grade the level of optimal mental health.
