Abstract
A cDNA sequence,797 bp,encoding a Myb regulatory gene,was obtained from the torpedo-shaped embryos by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in longan(Dimocarpus longan Lour.).Through BLAST software in NCBI,the nucleotide sequence and the amino acid sequence of the longan cDNA sequence were analyzed,and the results showed that the nucleotide and amino acid sequences of the cDNA in longan were highly homologous with those of the Myb transcription factor in other species,which suggested the sequence be Myb transcription factor gene.The sequence was registered in GenBank,and the accession number was HQ661039.
