Abstract

The International Industry Transfer has played not only an important role in China's economic development,but also has a negative effect on it.Grasping the general rules of International Industry Transfer,and the new trend of International Industry Transfer,and in combination with the characteristics of the industry in the process of China's economic development,optimize the industrial structure accelerate the improvement of services,continuously making technological innovation,and rationally using International Industrial Transfer for China's economy development,are the important means in the process of China Receiving transfer of international industries.
