A Tentative Approach to the Construction of College Student Leadership in the New Era

Abstract

At present as our society is in a transformation period, college student management is facing new challenges and tasks. Training student leaders with innovation and the spirit of the times is crucial to and will guarantee student management. This paper analyzes the social background of college student management together with some problems existing in student leaders and also provides some strategies for building student leadership in universities and colleges.
