Abstract

E-government is a quite new form of government affairs, which is the inevitable trend of modern administration. Practicing the opening of administratire affairs, condncting 'sun-administration', and building 'sun-government', is the necessary demand of modern administration according to the new situation. On the base of reforming the system of traditional administration and practicing E-government is the necessary choice of building 'sun-government'.
