A Historical Account of the Models of Government and Government Reform

Since the emergence of the government, there have appeared successively different models of government such as autocratic government, laissez-faire government, all-round government and power-limited government. The all-round government has become the objective of modern government reform which aims at the establishment of a power-limited government.
