Abstract
The contents of eight trace elements for potassium,calcium,sodium,magnesium,copper,zinc,iron,manganese in dioscorea opposita thumb were determined.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of the eight contents was 1.12%,0.69%,0.57%,0.28%,3.54%,2.23%,1.48% and 2.49% respectively.The average recovery was 92.3%—102.2%.The method is convenient and accurate,that can be used to simultaneously determine the multiple trace elements in dioscorea opposita thumb.
