Abstract
Urban traffic has been a bottle－neck to city developing for the progress of modern city． The new rail public transit is acknowledged as green mass transit． The importance of domestic equipments to urban rail transit is advanced and the assumption of developing urban rail transit in more administrative levels is stated．
