The Research on the Construction of the Complex Tutorial System in Primary Education

Regarded as a management system,the tutorial system radically focuses on the implementation of the principles of individualized and the promotion of students' ability to learn but gorgeous.In the process of promoting the tutorial system,we should highlight the construction features of our major,explore the class model of the integration of educating people both inside and outside,and actively introduce the excellent teachers to help the students with their improvements on skills,constructing initially the complex tutorial system —— teaching tutorial + practice tutorial + instructor + tutorial assistant.And the model of the complex tutorial system has been built gradually and obviously some success has achieved during the practice.At the same time,we should reflect,and explore the further ways of perfecting the system gradually.
