Abstract

Under the new situation that socialist market economy system and modern enterprise system have been established and enterprises begin to change the business system,we should seriously analyse and study the necessity of stressing the ideological and political work of youth in the enterprises,and take relevant couvtermeasures positively when facing the problems in the minds of youth in the enterprises.
