Abstract

LIANG Qi-chao is one of famous thinker in China's modern history.LIANG Qi-chao,at his old age,has described Confucius' life,experience and thought origin,Confucius' personality,etc.in his writing,and has summed up and annotated to Confucius' thought in the meaning of modern science.At LIANG Qi-chao's later life,his study on Confucius has an important meaning in history,Which not only inherited forefathers' research results but also opened up the new situation of study on Confucius,Therefore his study have its specific historical status in the history of the study on Confucius.
